The "signature" Taste & "Spirits" of Old Santa Fe is a customized two-hour event that combines "history" with an exclusive "Old Santa Fe" Culinary experience! Our professional "museum docent" guide from the New Mexico History Museum shares the wonderful history of these historic restaurants with special "visits" to the celebrated Coyote Café known as a forerunner of Contemporary Southwestern Cuisine and continues to The Pink Adobe opened in 1944 by the "Grande Dame", Rosalea Murphy, to Santa Fe's Art Scene.
This memorable event concludes at El Farol, ("The Lantern")- located @ the end of "Santa Fe's Art Colony" - Canyon Road. El Farol ("oldest bar in Santa Fe") features delectable tapas (originated in Spain) and was considered a "gathering place" for the historic artists- Los Cinco Pintores! Each guest will enjoy a "signature Cocktail" & appetizers created by the outstanding and notable Chefs from Coyote Café, Pink Adobe & El Farol, known for their unique & outstanding Southwestern Cuisine
